The Poclain MS02-MSE02 is a large-displacement radial piston hydraulic motor covering 172–398 cc/rev, delivering up to 2,500 Nm torque at 450 bar (MS) / 400 bar (MSE) rated pressure, 22 kW power, and 900 RPM maximum speed. Its multi-lobe cam ring radial piston architecture uses pure rolling contact between pistons and cam surface, yielding high mechanical efficiency, strong starting torque, smooth low-speed operation without stick-slip, and minimal internal leakage even under sustained stall conditions at full pressure. Dual-displacement switching enables low-speed high-torque working mode (crushing, conveying, mixing) and high-speed travel mode from a single motor without an external gearbox. The modular platform supports standalone shaft output and integrated wheel motor configurations, with optional parking brake, service brake, and TwinLock anti-skid functionality. Free-wheeling mode simplifies equipment towing and emergency extraction. The cast steel housing with high-pressure multi-lip shaft seals withstands underground dust, surface mud and water, shock loading, and 24/7 continuous operation.
